Building Homes. Managing Everything In Between.
Building Homes. Managing Everything In Between.
From groundbreaking to final walkthrough, Alpine Management delivers residential projects across Switzerland - on time, on budget, and beyond expectations.
Whether it's a custom chalet in the Alps, a lakefront villa in Ticino, or a multi-unit development in Zurich, we take the stress out of construction. Our team coordinates every contractor, cantonal permit, timeline, and franc - so you can focus on the excitement of watching your vision come to life.
ABOUT
Alpine Management was founded on a simple belief: building a home shouldn't feel like a second job. Too many homeowners and developers in Switzerland get buried in contractor disputes, cantonal approval delays, and surprise costs. We exist to change that.
As your dedicated project management partner, we sit on your side of the table - representing your interests at every stage. Our team brings together decades of experience in Swiss construction, architecture, finance, and cantonal and communal permitting to keep your project moving smoothly from first sketch to final key handover.
We work fluently across Switzerland's languages, regulations, and building cultures - from Minergie certification in Zurich to Denkmalschutz coordination in Bern to lakeshore restrictions in Ticino.
We're not builders. We're not agents. We're your advocate, your coordinator, and your quality control - all in one.

PORTFOLIO
Homes We're Proud to Put Our Name On
Every project tells a story - of a family's dream, a developer's vision, or an Alpine site transformed. Here are a few of ours.
Villa am Zürichberg - Zurich
- Scope: Full renovation of a 620 m² heritage-protected (Denkmalschutz) villa from 1908, 14-month timeline
- The Challenge: The façade, roofline, and staircase were under strict preservation orders, while the owners wanted a fully modern interior - new building services, underfloor heating, and an open-plan ground floor - without a single visible alteration to the protected structure.
- The Outcome: Close coordination with the city's preservation office and a specialist conservation architect kept every approval on the critical path. The villa now pairs its original 1908 character with a contemporary interior, completed 3% under the approved budget.
Wohnanlage Aarerain - Zug
- Scope: Residential development of 12 owner-occupied apartments across two buildings, 24-month timeline, CHF 18M construction value
- The Challenge: A constrained infill site between two occupied buildings, strict noise and working-hour limits, and buyers expecting Minergie certification with geothermal heating - all under rising material costs.
- The Outcome: Early bulk procurement shielded the budget from price spikes, and a logistics plan built around cantonal noise rules kept neighbor complaints at zero. All 12 units sold off-plan, and handover ran two weeks ahead of schedule.
Chalet Sonnenhang - Verbier, Valais
- Scope: 480 m² luxury alpine chalet, 18-month timeline, CHF 7.5M construction value
- The Challenge: A steep south-facing plot at 1,600 m meant a construction window of barely seven months per year, strict cantonal snow-load and avalanche-zone rules, and a Minergie-P certification the clients weren't willing to compromise on.
- The Outcome: We front-loaded prefabricated timber elements during the winter and compressed on-site assembly into a single season. The chalet achieved Minergie-P, passed cantonal inspection on the first attempt, and was ready for the clients' first ski season - as promised.
Villa Lago - Morcote, Ticino
- Scope: 540 m² lakefront villa with terraced gardens and boathouse, 20-month timeline - managed for owners based in London
- The Challenge: The clients were abroad for the entire build, in a region with Italian-language permitting, lakeshore construction restrictions, and a design requiring stonework from local Ticino craftsmen with limited availability.
- The Outcome: Acting with full owner's-representation authority, we handled permits in Italian, secured the stonemasons nine months in advance, and delivered weekly bilingual video reports. The owners visited four times in two years - the final visit was to move in.
